Extensive representation of Iberdrola at the annual meeting of the Spanish Nuclear Society (SNE)
During the second week of October, Granada has hosted the celebration of the Annual Meeting of the Spanish Nuclear Society (SNE), which bring together the main electricity companies, with a wide representation of service companies, professionals, technicians, researchers, teachers, etc. Around 600 congressmen have gathered in this first post-Covid face-to-face edition, although always maintaining all the current preventive measures.

The Annual Meeting is the ideal forum to analyze the current situation of nuclear energy and its future challenges, in all its aspects. Among the more than 300 papers presented, there are several of Iberdrola Generación technicians, which again has had a wide representation, faithful to its commitment to technological and social development and to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals.
During the congress, Iberdrola Generación has arranged a stand through which to show the company’s capabilities and highlight the importance of nuclear power generation, as a source that does not emit CO2, that is absolutely respectful of the environment, and that ensures, to a large extent, the electricity supply of our country
